The Energy Stack contains the essential components for stacking psilocybin truffles and cordyceps.
This stack includes:

- Niacin (Vitamin B3) Flush
Intensity: This Stacking Protocol is more intense than regular microdosing protocols, and therefore should be done for a maximum of one to two months. A two to four-week reset period (no microdosing) after is advised.
Note: Niacin can have the side effect of temporarily causing red, itchy patches on the skin and making you feel warm. This so-called “niacin flush” is part of this protocol. It is harmless and disappears about an hour after ingestion.

Hey! Well. I finished my first strip 1 week ago. I bought the starter pack, so I got two and I decided to continue on with the second strip right after. I will be taking at least a week off when I am done with this in 2 weeks ^^Its quite neat already and I do feel a boost in my mood, but I feel a big difference when I talk to people, it feels amazing! Also, its easier for me to switch from task to task and stay focused for a longer time, which is good when you have adhd :p Happy thoughts!

Why Stack Psilocybin, Cordyceps & Niacin?
Microdosing psilocybin truffles can be done by itself, but if you truly want to take your workouts to the next level you might want to consider adding Cordypceps to the stack.
Cordyceps is a non-psychoactive functional mushroom, also known as the Energy Mushroom.
We recommend taking Cordyceps before a workout and earlier in the day.

What type of Cordyceps is in this stack?
This stack contains one pack of Human Pro Cordyceps Sp.
A pack contains 90 capsules, enough for one month of stacking.

Why is Niacin added to the stack?Niacin (vitamin B3) is often added to microdosing stacking protocols for a better experience.

What is the Niacin Flush?The Niacin Flush, or “flushing”, is a skin reddening, itching, and/or burning feeling that starts 10 to 20 minutes into the protocol and typically lasts for a maximum of 40 minutes.

What does the Protocol look like?
You are free to experiment and tweak the protocol at will, some people choose to only microdose on the days they workout with this specific stack.
We prefer the following setup:
- Day 1: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
- Day 2: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
- Day 3: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
- Day 4: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
- Day 5: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
- Day 6: Cordyceps
- Day 7: Cordyceps
This stack is loosely based on the Stamets Protocol in terms of days when to microdose. With this set-up, the weekend is intended as a resting period.
As can be seen above, Cordyceps can also be consumed during the rest days.
Important: Repeat this cycle for a maximum of one month. It is advised to take at least a one-month break after completing a one-month cycle.
