Golden Teacher strain

Deze kweekset bevat de psilocybe cubensis “Golden Teacher” paddenstoel, die bekend staat om zijn didactische effecten en onbekende oorsprong. De Golden Teacher staat bekend om zijn gouden hoedjes en bijzondere sjamanistische gaven en is erg populair vanwege zijn makkelijke en snelle groei.

Bij deze soort is de eerste oogst vaak de kleinste, de tweede is meestal veel groter. Door de kwaliteit van de paddenstoel is het gehalte aan werkzame stoffen aanzienlijk hoger dan dat van de meeste traditionele kweeksets op de markt.

Unfortunately, it happened again. As soon as I opened the package, I could see that nearly all the truffles were in bad shape - blackened, soft, and giving off a rancid smell. A replacement was offered, but this pushes everything back by around three weeks (assuming the next batch even arrives in usable condition). Disappointed and losing confidence.

You’re absolutely right to be disappointed, especially if this happened more than once. That’s not acceptable and we take it seriously.

Even with fresh truffles, some spoilage risk exists during shipping, but this is clearly beyond what’s reasonable. We’re reviewing the packaging and cold-chain handling to prevent this from happening again.

For more focused and creative days

After I got to know lions mane because of microdose pro, it became part of my routine. Helps a lot with mental clarity without secondary effects such as anxiety. First time trying the spray, it is interesting, gives me a quick effect. Since i like to do it in productive days that I need to talk a lot at work, I usually do not stack with the truffles (still getting to know my sweet spot). But having truffles in a different day also helps me to be more creative. Thanks microdose pro.

Black mushies every time

I’ve tried twice to grow these now, they sprout up and all looks ok but then they turn black which I’m guessing is mould and then can’t be saved. So disappointed, I followed instructions exactly so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it’s just been money down the drain.

Since others may face similar issues, here are a few common reasons mushroom kits can take a wrong turn, even when the instructions are followed:

-- Missed harvest window
Once the mushrooms sprout, they can grow fast. If the hats open fully or start to drop spores, they’re already past their peak. Waiting too long can lead to rot or blackening.

-- Too much humidity, not enough fresh air
Mushrooms love moisture, but stagnant, overly humid air can lead to mould. It’s important to give them some airflow each day, a few seconds of fresh air can make all the difference.

-- Poor room hygiene or airborne particles
Contaminants can come from open windows, pets, dusty surfaces, or even unwashed hands when handling the bag.

-- Proximity to air conditioning
In summer, if the grow kit is near an AC unit (especially one with an old or dusty filter), airborne particles can spread and settle on the kit. Strong airflow or temperature swings can also disturb the mycelium.

-- Handling the kit directly
Touching the substrate or using non-sterile tools can accidentally introduce contaminants.
